DEATH’S DIARY

ENTRY DATE: August 7, 1908

SUBJECT: Ina Eloise Young

A plucky human brought me what they suspect (and I’m starting to agree) is Death’s diary. We’re searching for clues in the entries and this one is a good one!

Ina Eloise Young was quite a remarkable human. She reported on the human sports like punching each other and hitting things with sticks and she appeared to be pretty good at it.

Death was certainly pretty impressed.

Speaking of which, guess who got a shout out? That’s right! ME! I am the “young demon with admiration in their eyes.” I hadn’t realized that he had read my 124 part plan for how the postmortem system could be improved.

I had some really interesting thanatological research to pass along. For example, this paper by Mechnikoff… but you don’t need to know about that right now.

Carry on with the sleuthing!

AND NOW a WORD FROM the WORLD OUTSIDE

You found clue 13 of 13. Good job. Keep up the hunt.
